• Situational awareness to spot danger before it escalates
• Escape techniques from grabs, chokes, and restraints
• Improvised weapons and environment awareness
• Defensive strikes and counter-attacks
• Scenario-based drills designed to build speed, power, and mental toughness
No prior experience is required. Our certified instructors will guide you through each step in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
Who Can Attend: Open to adults and teens (ages 16+). No experience needed.
