Thai Pads offer all the physical benefits of a traditional heavy bag workout—building strength, enhancing striking power, and improving endurance—while incorporating the added challenge and excitement of partner work. Holding pads properly ensures that you and your partner can train safely and effectively while also pushing each other to reach new levels of performance.

14oz or 16oz Gloves: Designed for optimal protection and durability during intense striking drills.
